What a ham-fisted translation!
Why not pig’s hand? Some items I saw in Chinese grocery stores a few years ago (including Wal-Mart, no less) were chicken paws and duck palms.
Were they near the fish fingers?
I can’t figure out what the second character is. But the others translate as “south,” “pig,” and “hand.” I’m going out on a limb and saying the literal translation could be something like “southern style pig hand.” I also don’t see the characters for tofu （豆腐） in there either.

You should consider the first two characters as one single term.
I’m surprise you are able to translate those other characters and not know about Chinese people likes shortening the number of characters sometimes.
