Why the hell do you need a translation for that? I should think between the infographs, logos and sims-rendered context it should be obvious what’s going on.

the translation is not funny at all. Everything you need to know is already in english or in animations. English and Chinese versions are the same… yada yada yada… “icrap for sale”… yada yada yada … “Apple conquers Windows”….
This is a great vid the way it is.
I understood exactly what they were saying, but that might just be because I’ve been following this story from the start. A summery:
The video starts out with people lining up to buy Apple’s latest gadget, which they humorously call the iCrap. Then they show the ongoing battle between Microsoft and Apple as a lightsaber battle between Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, Steve Jobs wins, but instead of destroying the evil tech company, he takes their place.
Jason Chen is a journalist who was given an iPhone4 which was apparently lost by an Apple employee who was field testing it before they were released. Chen wrote a review of the new phone and punished it. Then he attempted to return the phone to Apple. But Apple refused to accept it, and instead claimed he had stolen their phone and sent the police to storm his house, arrest him, and search for “evidence” of his “crime.” All this just turned out to be a publicity stunt to generate hype about the new phone.
Jobs is then shown at a factory in China pushing them to produce more products faster, as workers commit suicide in the background. At least 10 employees from one factory in China which makes iPads have committed suicide.
iPhone users are shown being shackled to AT&T, since Apple signed a contract with AT&T making the iPhones work exclusively on their shoddy network.
I’m sure you’ve all heard about the iPhone losing reception when you hold it. Steve Jobs’ answer to customer’s complaints was that they were “holding it wrong” so chopping off several fingers would probably help with reception issues. Unsurprisingly, this didn’t go to well with consumers, who continued to complain, popping Jobs’ bubble.
He then held a press conference saying that all smart phones had similar reception problems, even though this has never been demonstrated on any other smart phones, including previous versions of the iPhone. I think the last part is him promising to give out free covers with the phones to fix the reception problem. Now everyone loves him.
To sum it all up, this video is pure awesome.
Yeah, this is pretty much how it went down.

I’ve been following the news in English and that’s exactly how it happened.
Apparently, to solve the iPhone 4′s antenna reception problem, Jobs will cut off all customers’ fingers with a light saber. Nice.
The funniest thing is not the “Engrish” but how they exaggerate Steve Jobs’ evilness…

Basically the video is saying that the iPhone is taking over windows and ever since then Steve Jobs is becoming increasingly evil and he cuts off their fingers because it’s their own fault. It’s completely sarcastic. The iCrap thing might not actually be an error.
Actually, a while back, MS was the man, and Apple was the rebel. Jobs got people to use macs, and realized he like the idea of being the Man. I don’t think the iPhone is taking over windows, either.
I hate apple products. They are soooooo hard to hack into submission. ARG! It took me so long to jailbreak my iPod Touch… just to get backgrounding!

I think what this video is trying to explain with the finger chopping is that the Antenna is placed where the bottom 2 fingers are located… so to solve the problem they sent Mac Vader to handle the problem with his evil sith lightsaber… isn’t that wonderful?!?
Covered all the great stuff. Apple turning evil, the suicides in the China plant where they make the iPhone, the antenna snafu, the bogus lie that everyone’s phone does the same thing, etc.
Yeah, that Foxconn story was the first thing coming to my mind when I saw the people falling in front of the window. Seems like Apple has lost a lot of reputation in China…
