I’ve seen every episode of Season 5, and I can assure you I never saw him capture a medical problem in the gate of hell. But he does often catch them in the nick of time. I wonder if Babelfish translates “nick of time” as “gate of hell.”
If House used more puns he could be capturing medical problems in the revolving door of Dreadful Pun Hell.
Gates of hell? This isn’t some sort of crossover with “Supernatural” is it? “What’s your diagnosis Dr House?” “Both these men are suffering from Whiny Little Boy Syndrome – next!”

“George House”? It’s Gregory House! But I do have to admit he has never shown any concern for a patient’s bedside accompanied by the consciousness. That would be more likely to occur on “Ghost Whisperer,” where bedsides are often accompanied by disembodied consciousnesses.
So that’s how he saves patients everytime, he apparantly travels all the way to the gates of hell and captures the problems there!
I always thought House was stupid, but with the gates of hell and all, it might actually be worth watching!

It’s his accent in this show that turns me off. I’m can’t stop seeing him as Bertie. Though if you catch the episode from the beginning and its an interesting plot one can be persuaded to watch, otherwise… Jeeves I’ll have another martini.

Hugh Laurie is so cool and the show so well written – I bet there are lots of ladies who would love him to Huang Huang, *especially* if he used a crutch. I wonder if the translation for the show is as bad as the cover. “Dr House! The patient is to the heat blanket!” Then again, who actually understands any of the medical terms they use?
