Actually, thats what the sign says in chinese as well. It is an accurate translation.
And means what, exactly?
Something like “f**k off home, white-trash tourists”, perhaps?
The translation can be said to be accurate, but it is still incorrect in English because it lacks a verb such as “go,” i.e., “Let the trash GO back to it’s home.” Then it’s still funny. It could also be translated as “Let the trash go back to YOUR home,” right?
Let’s be realistic, now. Chicago will never take them back.
