      Yes, but the phrase ‘snatch thief’ isn’t something a native speaker of English would say.
      It’s not Engrish, but rather English Fail, and is thus actually funny.

      It also seems that there appears to be only one thief. One snatch thief instead of thieves. So he must be really good and they haven’t been able to catch him.

    They wouldn’t use a steel sign for an advert. I think it’s a statement on the feminine/masculine dualism inherent in us all; with the female figure representing the yang, passive principle and the male figure the active yin.

    Snatch Thieves are a common reference term in south east asian countries.

    Simply because they snatch anything from you not withstanding purses. They would ride motorcycles, ride past you and grab a pearl necklace, purses, handbags etc.

    And no, snatch doesn’t mean a woman’s privates in SEA. Hence the sign. This is nothing more than a post about ignorance.

      Well, I don’t know aboiut the rest of you… but I am properly chastened. (I am wearing my chasten-ty belt right now) Also protects me from snatch thieves. They can no snatch my snatch while I be wearing dis!
