In this case, “nitro” is likely to be referring to nitromethane, an extremely explosive racing fuel, or nitroglycerin, which I presume you have heard of. But if it makes you feel better to carry a tank of nitrogen–perhaps to inflate the tires of your racing car for extra speed, as is sometimes done–go for it!

Actually, it seems to insist on no flaming cricket bats, so I suspect a flaming lacrosse stick would be all right. And as for a flaming “Ding Lame,” is a flame a flame if the subject does not know he or she is being flamed? Does Bulbachu know the meaning of the phrase, or where it came from? As noted above the Japanese part says not to bring in dangerous goods.

This is obviously a thinly disguised attempt to destroy the ignorant gaijin infestation. Those who can’t read kanji will think there is no danger while other illiterate gaijin won’t realize dangerous goods are banned and hopefully the incautious gaijins will bump into the nitro carrying gaijins and we’ll be rid of some foreign devils.
