With unemployment in many developed countries running at record or near-record levels, saying, “Get a job” is a remarkably unkind comment, not to mention very unfunny.

I’m quite confused as to how ‘troublemaker’ fits into the sentence, and why on earth is ‘severely’ in the sign at all?!
The troublemaker is the person who lights a forest fire. S/he needs a severe kick up the arson.
And therein lies the game. Attack all arsons! Severely!
If an arsonist and a beatnik had a child, would that kid grown up to be an arsenic?
yup, the kid would poison off the whole family!
And would probably wear old lace.
Or a Beatonist, who photographs fires.
Or would be an ArseNick
There are many people in Victoria, Australia who would get behind this. With pitchforks. And cricket bats. And bits of wood with nails sticking out of them.
I was going to comment the same. I live in Western Australia. I would gladly punish fire troublemakers severely – or worse! Lighting firecrackers in their butts would just be the start! Put everything they own in a big pile and set fire to it in front of their eyes!
Naturally-occurring (lightning strike) forest fires are dangerous enough; when people start them, intentionally? Let the mob at the arsonists.
Then throw them onto the heap. Once it’s well alight.
All i could do was imagine a mob of angry Asians charging at a forest fire with pitchforks.
