Just what language would generate “legislative group” out of “screw” when plugged into Babelfish?
Maybe they passed a law that a chair must be over 18 before you can screw it.
That’s only in the US.

I’m thinking that “legislative group” probably evolved from “put together” (i.e. Put together –> mate –> congress –> legislative group)

Look, if you want to glue your balls together, then use them to whap politicians, that’s your business – what informed consenting adults get up to is their concern, and nobody else’s – but I suspect that the nice police officers will accuse you of indecent conduct. They get a bit funny about people showing their balls in public, which really is a bit rich because far more obscene things than that go on in various legislative assemblies all over the planet…
