That’s the point of Engrish. People use words according to their denotation without understanding their connotation, and they end up meaning something that they didn’t intend. If the point has to be explained to you, then why bother visiting this site?

it looks like she’s carrying her young brother on her back, and she’s bent over, which is why her feet are behind her. he’s tied to her back (a traditional and awesome way to transport/provide affection to/wear children!).
