the sign is just odd. it’s not mistranslated… it says the exact same thing in japanese.
actually no, its because of the lack of pronouns in jap, the first part is “abunaikara” it means “Because it’s dangerous” but most of the time when you say it like that it’s directed at the person you’re talking to, in that case, it logically isnt. To evade confusion they couldve written “Abunaidesukara”, adding the desu.
try it in a translator, like google or something (changing はい by the right kanji in the 2nd part -.-)
