    This manages to make no sense, and somehow, do so perfectly.
    Is it just telling us that we can go in (wherever in may be) as long as we are out of order? If so, do they mean “out of order” as in any random order, or “out of order” as in out of line and otherwise being obnoxious?

    It means that you are “in” (present) but you are “out of order” you know like the dude said in court – “you’re all out of order” or your could be broken
