It actually means ‘reserved seat/place for the disabled’.
The first 2 words simply means ‘disabled’ in Chinese. But apparently there are some smart alecs who decided to break it up and translate word for word. First word means ‘ruined, destroyed, or injuried’. Second word means ‘disease, or sickness’. I have no idea how they came to associate deformity with those.
Translations like these always cheer me up whenever I’m too stressed at work. Keep up the hilarious work, guys!
