But obviously not easy to understand:
It was a technical error.
Signs were not transmitted (= I had arranged them but they did not appear on the screen after pressing the “Inject Comment” button.
I excused for the recurrences (= they were not intended).
OK now?!?
For still better understanding:
the recurrences were generated by various trials in several different ways how to transmit the signs…but nothing worked.
You pay 19.99 for a product with battery or not? Huh?
Maybe batteries are included? But I can’t imagine what this thing is or does, besides possibly running on batteries. Or not.

I have this in my car. Its solar-powered (note the tiny, dark panel in front of the thing). All it does is wiggle their heads sideways continuously.
The solar-powered concepts probably the reason for the confused no battery needed notice.
