Actually, I think its just “sukkiri” which is a Japanese word. When you wake up sukkiri you are waking up aware and refreshed. Or waking up “awake” if that makes sense.

The Japanese subtitles say “Experience this awake feeling!”

Japanese doesn’t have consonant clusters, and words can’t end with a consonant (except for n) so they randomly add u’s and i’s when depicting foreign words. In context it’s clear that “SuKIRi” is supposed to be a Japanization of “skill”.
