My Japanese isn’t very good (I only know basic sentence structure and vocabulary), but the bottom character looks like the Kanji for “person.”
Based on the picture above the sign, it’s probably saying that the maximum capacity of whatever is six people.
It’s Chinese. it says limited to 6. lol
Chinese uses the same characters as Kanji. They may have been slightly modified, but they’re pretty much the same.
no its the other way around. japanese uses chinese characters as their kanji. this is a chinese sign.

No, just for overtaking 6 men. Higher than 6 is fine, so is lower.

It’s a sign which said “max. capacity: 6 people”….for a cable bridge.
The location I think is in Taiwan, for the font is different from those used in China or Japan.
