Fried towels are the best.
I thought it was fried Kleenex — the thinner, crispier version.
Those probably come in really handy when fried is near.
I think they meant “friend” instead of “fried” but why that would be on a box of kleenex? I don’t know.
The person is so depressed that their only friend is a box of tissues? Perhaps?
They meant Fred. Imaginary friend of that depressed person.
They meant “Fried” as in “fried chicken”.

Maybe it’s a Golden Girls tie-in. You know, “Thank you for being a fried…travel down the road and back again,” etc. You gotta admit, there are some similarities between the song and the box.
