    Holy crap, I’ve seen this before, also in Okinawa. It was on the pier where my boat was moored, and I think it might have been near construction or something?

    If someone could tell me wtf it means or is supposed to mean I can die in peace. This has been bugging me for years.

      Indeed it says that there is a signal (e.g. traffic light) ahead.
      But the Japanese text says absolutely nothing about neither “dinner” nor “drinks” hahahaha.
