    the first part should say “don’t drink and drive”, then “drive instead after drunk”. that would make more sense to me.

    Maybe it’s intended for stupid English-speaking tourists, Darwin Awards-style. I’m sure the Chinese one says “wait until you’re sober!” The English version says “Go for it!”
