I only just bought one of these today! When I asked the cashier what they were she proudly showed me the pair she was wearing. They are sleeve protectors. They each have elastic at both ends of the tube and go from wrist to elbow. The other side of the package says “Shuyaqing makes you clean beautiful and more fashionale (sic) “

I bought these! I thought I would be the first to post them. Alas.

They are actually just tubes of some kind of synthetic fabric with elastic on either side- I think they’re most likely what mooney suggests. There is no picture anywhere on the package or indication of what they might do. Which was really exciting, until I read that post and realized that they may have actual purpose.
