Heart cerebral disease sufferer.
Ascend the Great Wall to please watch for.

Watch for a cure to your heart cerebral disease.
Normally I can decipher these pretty quick, but this one has me baffled.
I think it’s a “no smoking” sign? I don’t know if it’s telling you not to smoke because you’ll get heart disease, or if you shouldn’t smoke because people with heart disease are around you.
I’m fairly certain it’s at some point of the Great Wall open to tourism, and the sign is asking people to watch for others who might be having medical problems as they try to climb it.
It means “Cardiovascular disease sufferers, please take care when climbing the Great Wall”.
‘Cardiovascular’ becomes ‘heart-brain artery’ for some reason; it isn’t properly translated in the average dictionary, so they did it word for word.
It looks like it is implying there’s a heart cerebral disease sufferer nearby, watch for him while ascending the Great Wall.
He’s a sneaky bugger.
A Engrish pleasant example! Glory!
It’s like he stopped in the middle of the sentence there… “The Castle… aaarrrrggg.” kinda thing. I think it should say, “Heart cerebral disease sufferer. Ascend the Great Wall to please watch for ‘high sodium content’.”
I was there! Ohh someone *please* post the cell phone/thunderstorm one….
where was this taken?
Poughkeepsie
I’ve been there but I didn’t see this sign
It was just outside the New York Heart Cerebral Disease Clinic. Next time, please watch for it.

Just when I thought my migraine couldn’t get worse, I tried to read that.
It almost sounds a little like Yoda grammar.
Glory!
what does ‘glory’ mean in engrish?
This sounds like a Real Men of Genius commercial.
“Mr. Heart cerebral disease sufferer.”
It must be a b**ch to have a disease that attacks both your heart and your cerebrum.:(
I didn’t know that there was a wildlife preserve for heart and cardiac disease sufferers on the Great Wall. Next time I’m there, I’ll have to watch for them; I’m sure they’re on my Life List (PUN, get it, get it, bird-watcher life-list comment, Life list, heat and cardiac disease — get it, get it???!)
