I’m not an expert, but the Korean sentence does mention something about tears. If I had the complete sentence, the translation might be different though. Who knows now.
The translation from Korean to English here is actually almost spot-on perfect. The Korean is just about as over-the-top as the English is.

When I was little and they’d play that commercial, my brother would tell me it was fake because “Indians don’t cry!” I married one. He was wrong. However, I refuse to marry a toilet just to see whether or not it cries, ok?

How come no one ever thinks about the menstruating woman with a sanitary towel (?!) that needs to be disposed of? (apologies to grammar police for dangling preposition) Here in the West we have sanitary napkins, but in Korea they are still using huge bulky towels! Where’s a woman supposed to put a thing like that?

Well, actually… both English and Korean versions of the text are more or less well written and are pretty much identical… although I’d say ‘You should know better’ at the end instead.
From what I understand, the Korean text doesn’t mention tears but actually says something like “Especially exclude sanitary napkins from the toilet water.” But “lots of tears in my eyes” sells the overall message better.
You know it’s horribly mangled, yet it still makes sense. Hell it makes more sense than some of the people on the bus, on the way to and from work.
