I was initially guessing that pis meant pieces, but pies makes more sense. If there’s a lot of sauce then it could be described as a sea. Moved probably means mixed or stirred. I was wondering if won is something like in teh word wonton but it might be something else, like warm.

It was a “tourist” menu in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. We had a good giggle but the local fish dishes there were excellent, so we didn’t mock them too hard. ;) I can only say a few things in Swahili, after all, and they are mostly from The Lion King!
