I think I took a picture of this exact same sign. It’s at the Shanghai Zoo in Shanghai, China. Er, not sure if it’s actually called the “Shanghai Zoo”… but the sign is on the panda exhibit. China is littered with signs containing bad English translations.

In Britain, the red bar isn’t needed; the red circle by itself means “prohibited”. There is one sign comprising a red circle and a blank white background. I think it means “Whatever it is, don’t even think about it. We’re watching you, mister.”
