Why would anyone Photoshop this? If it is a fake picture, it would be so much easier to just make the flyers, print them up, hang them in a public-looking space and take a picture. Total time? Maybe three minutes.

I’m not saying this sign is or is not photoshopped, but as a graphic designer, it doesn’t make any sense to me to take the time to bother with Photoshop.
