I did read the big translation (but it was so strange, I was confused a bit), but I couldn’t read the ‘we did this’ stuff at the bottom. After minutes of squinting and guessing, my guess is it is says “Just Relax make the public announcement”. That didn’t help… now I’m even MORE comfused!

Newp, actually, this is a play on an actual line of characters featured on t-shirts which are sold in a store called Deliah’s. The shirts usually feature food items speaking in their native tongue (i.e. a taco saying hola or french fries saying bonjour)… but this is clearly not ‘Engrish’. It’s just someone making fun of the character line.
