    • Seth says:

You’ll find tons of these shirts with weird English on them in Japan. It isn’t a mistranslation, per se. The Japanese just like the way written English looks, and they make clothing with nonsense sayings on them.

      • That One Guy says:

I’m pretty sure we do the same thing here in the U.S.

        • Jane St.Clair says:

Only many people tattoo it on their bodies, so someone out there might have take good care of uterus in japanese permantly on their lower back. In fact, I hope they do.

          • Smitty says:

There was this guy with a Chinese tattoo on his shoulder reading “at the end of the day, this boy is still really very ugly!”

            • Tady says:

Someone my husband worked with thought he had a tattoo that said “south side”. According to a Japanese exchange student I knew, it said “under a bridge”

  8. tooearlyforhafsid says:

She appears to be holding part of the shirt folded up. I am wondering what that is hiding and if it would help with the translation……although it is not unusual in Asian countries for certain health issues to be adversized publicly….I said publicly…..by having people wear T-shirts, signs and sing about the issue. It is a way to get information to the part of the population that does not have regular access to computer or TV….works sort of like the town crier in the town square……Eg. Hear ye, hear ye, my ladies pray attend….take care of your uterus.

  9. meandstuff says:

Uterus I believe might mean “others”

  10. Random says:

Maybe when you’re that skinny your uterus is in danger – there’s only so much space in your body and some organs may need to fight it out.

I’m glad I’m not the only person wondering if that shirt is actually not that wrong.

  16. Jim says:

Okay, what are the red and blue globs on either side of the cartoon girl’s head? They look like the backsides of elephants to me. Is the message really “Take care of your uterus or diarrhetic elephants will crap on you”?

  17. russel venture says:
