To be honest I don’t want to comment but also I don’t know where to put this info – players that completed Final Fantasy 7 may saw this – in credits there is -something- animEtors.
I know it’s not very funny when You talk about it (especially that this game is already 12 years old ) but when I saw it I thought of Engish Funny.
First off this isn’t even Japanese. It’s in Chinatown in New York City. Second, this shop has been sitting around in for ages. Do you think people don’t know about it already? Do you think this joke hasn’t been exhausted to hell by now?
It doesn’t have to be Japanese. It doesn’t have to be outside the USA. Engrish happens everywhere and in every language. Take your happy pills and crawl back into the hole you came from. Next time you emerge, perhaps you will have developed something resembling a sense of humor. Or, at the very least, some sense.
Well, I’ve been to New York, but hadn’t seen this… wasting all my time in museums and landmarks and shows and such… so for those of us who aren’t so blase about the whole thing, I thought it was kinda funny….
I have to reiterate what “yeah, it’s me,” said. This is a long-standing joke among those of us who live below Canal St. Or slightly above, I suppose. But yes, this is from Chinatown NYC. It doesn’t belong up here, it’s a bit of an insider jewel.
Först!
Mine can use a trim.
Just a trim. Dont buzz me allright!
Third!

Yeah what are you talking about?

Try harder to make us laugh. Please.

Ehrm… There’s people who live outside New York City, you know? And those people might have never been there…
No
I’m born and raised in NYC, and I never noticed this. And yes, I’ve been to Chinatown. Just never sought out a barber’s shop, I guess?
I think it’s on Mott Street south of Canal. I know I’ve walked by this thing before and thought “Dang, I need to submit that to Engrish!”
im down here n louisiana! we hate yall new yorkians for taking all the spotlight.
You expect to see the entirety of New York just because you’ve been there?
I know this place! I’m glad it’s still around, providing larfs for the new generations.
