  1. punkin says:

    Can we spoon?

  2. JP says:

standard warning, and makes perfect sense if you drive a Fork Lift.
    Tis an AC unit.

  3. Brad Palmore says:

The coil is a part of the air conditioner system. Since these industrial units are huge, they have to be be fork lifted into place. This sign simply tells the fork operator where not to fork.

    • Ron says:

you’re probably right, but, that’s much less funny. I prefer to visualize someone who’s just eaten a huge bowl of pudding with a fork, trying to find the next thing to attempt to fork. Then, at the last second, sees this sign, and crisis is averted, at least briefly, and the AC unit is safe.

  4. This isn’t engrish… This is simplified english… Standard form.. Do not use a fork lift under the coil.

  5. kira says:

    This isn’t Engrish.

  6. Sigma says:

Aw man. Under the coil is the best place to fork!

  7. regometer says:

nom – is this be a verb new? I’ll try to fork not under coils any-whoo.

  8. CarlB says:

fork you and the coil you rode in on?

  9. AC-Guy says:

There is nothing wrong with this. It means don’t use the forklift under the coil of the unit. If only the first unit that I installed had this sticker…

  10. trusts says:

sounds like a joke i knew as a kid.

  11. d says:

But can we fork OVER the coil?

  12. Orby says:

Seems to be a ‘shop, too.

  13. Sack Full O Badgers says:

In the UK people obviously have lost their sense of humor.

  14. Gasweasel says:

It’s not. We have the same AC units outside our building, with the same sticker.

  15. Orby says:

Allow me to clarify… It LOOKS like a photoshop. Probably because the edges are so sharp, and the colors smooth. That must be a very good camera.

  16. seb says:

or a very new AC unit with fresh stickers :D
